In response to numerous requests from healthcare providers, Genomic Health has developed a new educational video on Oncotype DX®, to help doctors and nurses educate patients about the benefits of the test and the information that it provides. The video is also a tool to help newly diagnosed women and their loved ones better understand Oncotype DX and engage in more informed, empowered discussions with their healthcare providers about the test.
The video was developed with input from patient advocates, nurses, breast surgeons, and medical oncologists. It is a 14-minute long piece that features the experiences of two of our patient ambassadors, Laurie and Deborah, and intertwines their stories with educational segments on Oncotype DX.
